Don’t Immediately Jump into Strenuous Exercises. Never start with high-impact routine as you will need to go to the basics first to avoid stressing and putting yourself in danger.

Don’t be Impatient. Don’t expect to get results so easy. Remember that it requires hard work to achieve something, so does to lose weight.
